Independent Power is a New Jersey-licensed electrical contractor specializing in solar energy and battery storage systems. Founded by Caden Mulligan in 2017, we’ve spent nearly a decade designing, installing, and managing projects across the residential and commercial sectors – working through megawatts of installed capacity along the way.
Caden volunteers as a Subject Matter Expert for the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP), contributing to the PV Installation Professional exam. We’ve also done pro-bono work helping small urban farms in the region use solar for their on-site energy needs.
