Independent Power was founded by Caden Mulligan in 2017. He has worked in Operations for several of the country’s largest solar installers, where he helped maintain high standards for quality control and efficiency.
Independent Power has done pro-bono work to help several small, urban farms harness solar energy to use building and maintaining infrastructure. Additionally, Caden volunteers as a Subject Matter Expert for the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP), working on the PV Installation Professional exam committee.
After building several megawatts of solar through design, installation, and project management roles, we hope to apply this experience to make Independent Power a premier solar energy service provider in the Tri-State area!
